Can I book before I arrive in Greece or Cyprus?

Yes. The entire process is online, browse, select, sign, and confirm your move-in date without being in the country. Many of our residents are relocating professionals and expats who book their apartment before they fly, so they arrive to a fully prepared home from day one.

Can I register my address at the apartment?

Yes. We provide proof of residency for any official purpose, registering locally, updating documents, or receiving mail. It's a straightforward process and our team will guide you through it.

What if I need to leave earlier than planned?

You can cancel with 30 days' notice. After your exit inspection, you'll receive a refund for the remaining days of your stay. Relocation timelines shift, our contracts are designed to adapt, not lock you in.

Are pets welcome?

Some of our properties welcome pets. Availability varies by apartment, so if you're relocating with a pet, contact our team before booking and we'll match you to a suitable property.
