Moving Doors is your tenant and remains responsible for any damages caused to the property by its guests, employees, or occupants, excluding normal wear and tear.

Tenants or guests enter into a formal sublease agreement with Moving Doors. Rent is collected by us and paid to you according to the agreed guaranteed payment schedule. The tenant's obligations, including payment of any security deposit, proper care of the property, and compliance with house rules, are clearly set out in their sublease agreement and managed by Moving Doors.
Your monthly income is transferred directly to your bank account on a pre-agreed date each month. You'll have full visibility through our owner portal (opens in new tab), including payment history and property updates.
We work with landlords on flexible lease terms, typically starting from one year. The length is agreed during onboarding based on your goals and the property type. Longer agreements often come with enhanced terms — our team will walk you through the options.
